13-year-old Christopher Schwarzenegger, son of estranged couple Arnold Schwarzenegger & Maria Shriver, had a bit of an accident while boogie boarding last week in Malibu, CA.
A source tells PEOPLE, something went wrong and Christopher suffered a collapsed lung, broken bones and broken ribs. Wowza!
He was hospitalized in serious condition but is now expected to make a full recover.
Glad he's going to be ok...but honestly, I never knew boogie boarding was so dangerous."While it has been a very scary week, Christopher is surrounded by his family and friends. He is a brave boy and is expected to make a full recovery." his parents said in a statement.
